CASINO HOUSE RULES
Welcome to The Palace Poker Casino. Management will attempt to maintain
a pleasant environment for all our customers and employees. Your presence
in our card room means that you agree to abide by our house rules.
The following are general house rules.
- Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted to enter
- Use of cell phones anywhere on the gaming floor, gaming tables
and at the cashier’s cage is strictly prohibited. This includes
cell phone ear pieces. Cell phones on the table will nullify Jackpot
- No tank tops
- No laptops
- Smoking is not allowed. No smoking in front of doorways
- Food is not allowed to be brought in for the service personnel
to prepare
- No pictures may be taken by cameras or cell phones
- Any items on the table that are equal to or larger than the
size of cards will nullify the Jackpot. No loitering on the gaming
floor
- Verbally or physically threatening any patron or employee will
be cause for expulsion
- Using profanity or obscene language is not allowed
- Creating a disturbance by arguing, shouting, or making excessive
noise is not allowed
- Throwing cards, tearing, bending or crumpling cards are not
allowed
- In the 3/6 and 4/8 Limit games, players are allowed to color
up to black ($5) chips only. Green ($20) and Orange ($100) chips
do not play
- Cash does not play
- Playing out of the rack is not allowed
- Only one person may play a hand
- No one is allowed to play another player’s chips
- Players must keep their cards in full view at all times during
the hand
- It is a player’s responsibility to protect their hand
- No reading at the table
- A player is expected to pay attention to the game and not hold
up the game. Any activity that impedes or interferes with the
action of the game will be asked to cease. This includes the use
of headphones
- Lobby time for limit games is 20 minutes
- All areas of the Casino are monitored by surveillance except the
restrooms
- Speaking a foreign language during the play of a hand is not
allowed. This includes players that are not involved in the hand
- If an incorrect decision is made by an employee but is made
in good faith, the Palace has no liability
- A floorman’s decision is final
- Management reserves the right to change or alter any promotion
at any time.
